Description

MT45 is a random copolymer polypropylene, primarily used in the manufacture of PPR piping systems. It is a core material for building hot and cold water supply and heating systems. It has the same performance as other commercially available raw materials such as Borealis RA140E and Hyosung’s R200P.

Performace

  • Melt flow index (MFR) :  Medium flow rate (e.g. 5-20g/10min,）;
  • Grade:   Injection molding grade;
  • Density:  0.90-0.91 g/cm³ (high-density polyethylene category);
  • Mechanical properties:  Heat-resistant and heat-insulating, Good mechanical strength and toughness；
  • Processing performance:This PPR material has good processing performance, moderate melt fluidity, is very stable during injection molding, and has a high yield rate；

Application Areas：

  • Civilian buildings:  Hot and cold water pipes in apartments and residences，Carpet backing；
  • Industrial: Used to transport certain chemical fluids；
